What skills do I need for making money online?

I get this question a lot. What skills do I need? Do I need any experience to do this? Am I qualified? The answer is most likely that you don’t need any skills. That you don’t need any experience. And yes, you are qualified.

It all depends on the job or site that you’re on. If you’re trying to complete surveys to earn money then you don’t need any experience or skills. Anyone is qualified to do that. If you’re trying to do user-testing then you also don’t need any skills. You’ll most likely just need an internet connection and a microphone.

Sometimes you’ll get opportunities that can require skills. You might want to sell something on Fiverr. That could be providing a service. Then you’ll, of course, need to learn the skill if you don’t know it already. You might also want some experience so people can see why they should choose you and not that other person who’s providing the same service. There are also translation jobs that require you to have some sort of writing ability. The TL;DR of it all is that it depends on the job.
